Our top priority is to deliver 100% accurate, high-quality, clash-free 3D models, along with Fabrication shop drawings and Spool drawings, specifically for the MEP trades. Story
Established in May 2015, US BIM Inc. was founded by Michael Moore. after a long and diverse career in the construction industry. Michael's journey began in a family-owned construction company serving the Northern West Florida communities in residential and general commercial construction. Starting with basic tasks such as tending the mud box, hand mixing mortar, and stacking CMU blocks, Michael quickly moved up the ranks.
His hands-on experience includes forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, snap tie forms, rod busting, prestress slabs, conventional wood framing, metal stud framing, and prefabricating six-story metal stud hotels. Additionally, Michael is a licensed roofing contractor and a journeyman electrician.
Michael's technical skills evolved as he transitioned from AutoCAD versions 9 through 12 to AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, and eventually to Revit. His career path led him from general commercial and industrial construction to working in architectural and structural firms, where he quickly advanced from draftsman to a key player in the REVIT BIM world. At KHS&S Contractors in Tampa, FL, Michael honed his theming design skills on high-profile projects such as Harry Potter's Diagon Alley for Universal Studios and various exciting projects for Disney World, Sea World, and Bush Gardans.
Today, Michael brings all his past experiences to US BIM Inc., striving to better serve general contractors and MEP trade contractors in navigating the virtual construction and design world we live in today. Our mission is to leverage our extensive industry knowledge and cutting-edge BIM technology to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.
