US BIM, Inc. is proud to announce the successful completion of our work on a multi-campus initiative for the Northshore School District in Washington. In partnership with Milne Electric, we provided electrical Revit modeling, shop drawings, and clash coordination services across four school sites:

• Crystal Springs Elementary

• Woodin Elementary

• Fernwood Elementary

• Sorenson Early Childhood Center

Our team collaborated closely with Milne Electric to ensure accurate and coordinated electrical system designs that met the unique needs of each campus. Through detailed modeling and proactive clash detection, we helped streamline construction workflows and reduce potential field issues.
