ELECTRICAL BIM SERVICES
US BIM Inc. develops a comprehensive electrical model. This model will serve as the basis for designing, installing, and coordinating electrical systems within the project, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.

E1 Modeling and Coordination:

Lighting Fixtures: Various types, such as recessed lights, surface-mounted fixtures, and emergency lighting with a working clearance.

Electrical Equipment: Panels, Switchboards, ATS, Disconnects, XFMR, Housekeeping Pads. All have 36” or 42” working clearances in front and 6’-0” clearance above. Conduit Feeders: All conduits 1-1/2” in size and above. Routed overhead or underground.

Telecommunications: Conduit Sleeves, Conduit runs (1-1/2” and larger), Cable tray with working clearance zone.

Coordination: We attend all meetings and make all agreed-upon MEP changes.

Shop Drawings: Underground Feeder Plans, overhead conduit plans, deck penetration plans, telecom plans, enlarged electrical room Plans, Risers, Sections, and Details.

E2 Branch Circuit Home Runs: All the above E1 scope.

Home Run Conduit Racks: We model all circuitry homeruns for Power, Mechanical Equipment, and Lighting. We incorporate them into a rack as needed.

Hangers: Modeling all single-conduit run caddy hangers and Unistrut racks for multiple conduits.

Pull Boxes: We size and place (coordinated) pull boxes as needed, not to exceed 360 deg. Pulls.

Shop Drawings to include shallow underground branch circuit home runs, overhead conduit home run plans, sections, and details.

E3 Low voltage: Adding Fire Alarm systems, Security, and miscellaneous. Low-voltage systems.

E4 Circuitry: Adding interior elevations with all devices and hard pipe, BX, or MC cabled circuitry.

E5 Conduit Rack Prefabrication Details: 3D fabrication details for each bend. Ideal for hanging racks and running conduit.

E6 Total Station Points: All of our sleeves and stub-ups have built-in total station points. We can easily export total station points as needed.
